Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States. If you are located outside of this area, please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm availability.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
