TroLase Security Foil – tamper-proof, ultra-durable identification. This premium, two-layer self-adhesive material is designed for long-lasting, high-contrast laser engraving in extreme environments where security and durability are non-negotiable.

We fabricate custom security tags for asset tracking, barcodes, QR codes, compliance marking, and equipment identification — including small-batch production. TroLase describes it as a tamper-proof, self-adhesive 2-ply foil for secure labelling, 0.2 mm thick, with superior laserability for high-resolution text, QR codes, and barcodes.

Choose Glossy White/Black (white face, black engraved core) or Glossy Black/White (black face, white engraved core). We CO2-laser the top layer to reveal a sharp contrasting core so codes and text stay readable.

Tamper-proof security — self-destructing or void-effect when removal is attempted, helping prevent unauthorized access and protect authenticity. Exceptional resistance to UV (up to ~10 years), weather, heat, chemicals, and abrasion; adheres strongly to metals, plastics, powder coatings, and more.
